Okay so the show was only on the 25th and 26th but as usual we were there for the arrival and departure days too! This year's show was nowhere near as good as last year's offering; but it was still the best airshow in terms of exotic visitors and flying displays of 1998 I am sure. Don't forget RIAT is the world's largest military airshow! Sadly there wasn't a lot of sun around, hampering photography somewhat. Saturday was the only day that could be termed sunny, using weather forcasts we wisely made that the show day we chose to photograph the flying display. The pictures below are taken from all six days of our stay. They are "thumbnail" images. Click on those of interest to see them full size (approximately 800 x 540 pixels/45kB). These will be rescanned on my new, better scanner soon, and the image size increased to a width of 1024 pixels.
