Yet again the Waddington airshow organisers attracted an interesting array of visitors for us. The highlight for me (and plenty of others!) were the two Singaporean A-4 Skyhawks. Although not all the way from Singapore (they Singapore Air Force have maintained a permanent training detachment in France for a few years now), this was the first time they had visited the UK as far as I am aware. As with so many airshows in 2000, the weather hampered things somewhat with drizzle and low cloud causing us photographers some hassles for the duration of the show.
